I can show you better than I can tell you. I did mine in Photoshop with the help of my computer-savy friend Angela. If you need my help, give me a shout.
LOL...I guess that'd make me the "computer savvy friend"...boy do I have her fooled!
You can make a personalized header in photoshop with any colors/fonts/pictures you want. Then go to your blog, click customize (in the upper right corner), and choose to edit your blog header. From there you can insert the header you designed in photoshop. Make sure you choose to use the new photo in place of your existing title and description.
